At CardPoke, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected Pokémon Trading Card Game products and collectibles. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming releases before they become available.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Pre-Order Policy.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase for a product that has not yet been released or received into our inventory.

Pre-order products are reserved specifically for customers who complete their purchase before the official release or availability date.

Examples may include:

  • Upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game expansions

  • New booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

  • Special collection boxes

  • Limited collectible products

2. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize CardPoke to process payment immediately and reserve the product for you.

Your order will not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

3. Release Dates and Availability

Release dates provided on our website are estimates based on information available from manufacturers and suppliers.

While we make every effort to ship pre-orders as close as possible to the official release date, delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Supplier availability

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs processing

  • Unexpected circumstances outside our control

CardPoke is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping providers.

4. Shipping Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will generally be shipped as soon as they become available.

If your order contains both:

  • Pre-order products, and

  • In-stock products

your entire order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless separate shipping is arranged.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request items to be shipped separately.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests may be accepted before the product has been prepared for shipment.

Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Pre-Order Refunds

If a pre-order is canceled by CardPoke due to circumstances such as:

  • Product availability issues

  • Supplier cancellation

  • Manufacturer cancellation

  • Inability to fulfill the order

you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Product Allocations

For highly anticipated or limited-release products, manufacturers and suppliers may limit available quantities.

If we receive fewer products than expected, CardPoke reserves the right to:

  • Adjust available quantities.

  • Cancel affected orders.

  • Issue full refunds for unavailable items.

Customers will be notified if any changes affect their pre-order.

8. Product Images and Details

Images, descriptions, release dates, and product details shown for pre-order items are based on available manufacturer information.

Final products may differ slightly due to:

  • Packaging updates.

  • Artwork changes.

  • Manufacturer adjustments.

  • Regional variations.

9. Collectible Product Disclaimer

Pokémon Trading Card Game products are collectibles. CardPoke does not guarantee:

  • Specific cards will be included in sealed products.

  • Specific pull rates.

  • Future collectible value.

  • Market value after release.

All sealed products are sold as factory-sealed items unless otherwise stated.
