At CardPoke, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected Pokémon Trading Card Game products and collectibles. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming releases before they become available.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an advance purchase for a product that has not yet been released or received into our inventory.

2. Payment for Pre-Orders

3. Release Dates and Availability
Release dates provided on our website are estimates based on information available from manufacturers and suppliers.
While we make every effort to ship pre-orders as close as possible to the official release date, delays may occur due to:

4. Shipping Pre-Order Items

your entire order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless separate shipping is arranged.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request items to be shipped separately.
5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
