Return and Refund Policy

At CardPoke, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds according to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

2. Trading Cards and Sealed Products

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon trading cards, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened Pokémon card packs, booster boxes, or sealed products that have been opened.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

  • Products without original packaging.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product was defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.

7. Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items may be subject to different return conditions. Any restrictions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
