Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • United Kingdom: 3–6 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

CardPoke is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and items so we can assist you promptly.
